Our monthly mental health box comes with a variety of stress relieving products, a different project to try each month, inspirational products and various other products designed to help with PTSD symptoms. PRODUCTS PICTURED ARE EXAMPLES OF ITEMS THAT YOU COULD RECIEVE.
Projects could be painting, diamond art, model kits and other crafting or DIY projects. You will receive everything needed to complete your project and we strongly encourage you to try and complete the projects to see if it is something that you enjoy. Living with PTSD, anxiety or stress can be extremely tough and we believe that finding something that you like doing can help with effects of PTSD. Studies have shown that activating your creative mind can help soothe the mind and body.
Stress relief items could include fidget toys for adults, sound products or sensory products. They will be small enough for you to be able to carry around with you to help you focus your anxiety elsewhere no matter where you are.
Inspirational products could include inspirational calendars, artwork, handmade items or inspirational booklets.
Monthly mental health boxes will be shipped out on the 15th of each month and you will be billed on the 1st of the month that the box will be shipped.
